• Receive considerate and careful care in a clean and safe environment
• Receive complete information about your diagnoses, treatment and prognosis.
• Privacy and confidentiality of all information and records regarding your care.
• Receive all the information you need, to give informed consent for procedure or treatment.
• Complain without fear of reprisal about the care and service you are receiving and to have the clinic respond to you, if necessary in writing.
• Receive an itemized bill and explanation of all charges.
